The young Latvian violinist Daniils Bulajevs has won the open international competition organized by the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra (LNSO) for the position of concertmaster, according to orchestra representatives.
The 21-member competition jury included guest expert and violinist Eva Bindere, LNSO artistic advisor and conductor Andris Poga, and LNSO musicians. Daniil Bulajev’s candidacy received a unanimous vote from the jury.
